Oxygen8 controller problems

Hi all, just got the oxygen8 to control some midi and create drum beats... I got the drivers installed, and they keyboard up and running... but each time I go to shut down windows xp... I get a blue screen saying there is an error... says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL... can anyone tell me what this means? I assume it means an IRQ conflict... but I'm not quite sure how to resolve it.... the keyboard seems pretty kewl if I can only get this blue screen to stop... thanks for any help all...also I'm using a
celeron 633mhz
512 ram..
transcend MB
intel 815e/ICH2

with Sonar 2.0..

Well I found my own answer.... seems that it was pretty simple... I was leaving the keyboard turned on... and I found that by turning off the keyboard just before I shutdown... it solved the conflict I was having... live and learn... hope this might save someone else some time.... good luck all.
