Yes I know you answered in the other thread , and i appreciate it but it did'nt work and i thought maybe someone in the Fostex forum might have the answer. Thanks for trying anyway.It's been so long that I've forgotten , do you have to load the song back on the mr 8 after you've mastered it to convert it to the right format?

What OS are you running???? If you right click on the file,,you should see a list of options to choose from,,ie;
encode to WAV
encode to MP3
encode to SHN
decode " "
