I was recently told about this website and it's quite cool. It's setup in a bulletin board format with a specific board for posting ideas. You can post the tracks in a "traXport" location on the page and people can add their own tracks. The thread creator has the final say it what tracks are used in whatnot but it's a great way to collaborate with others and continue to gain more experience. Also, the site sets up all of the copyrights and allows each of the contributors to a project the right to distribute it freely as long as the contributing members are credited.

Check it out. I've started to contribute and I'm having a blast.

Similar Site Looking for Beta Testers

I have a similar site and am looking for beta testers. It's a online music community for both musicians and listeners. Musicians can upload and mix audio tracks. Listeners can discover new music and offer feedback. Artists are able to license their material using the Creative Commons licenses.
