Oktava MC012 cardioid capsule dead

I have two 012's with the capsule packs and discovered that one of the cardioid capsules is no longer working. Has anyone else experienced this? I have had these mic's for 1.5 years and honestly have not used the cardioid capsule that much.
Anybody got advice on where to get it replaced or repaired?
