NS10m paper cone help. Not ripped but needs re-gluing?

Hello,
I've just purchased a pair of NS10m and was told (after the auction ended :cursing: ) that the paper membrane of one of the woofers has become slightly detached in the overlapping part (see attached picture).
Now, I've seen people fixing huge tears in speakers with anything from jeans to paper towels and this is not even a rip as such; am I right in assuming a very very thin layer of PVA glue should fix the problem?

According to the seller this doesn't affect the sound, but with time and vibration I can only imagine the problem will get worse...

Thanks!
