nowhereradio stupidity (mine)

ok....frustrated more than trying to get a band together (well almost). Now am on nowhereradio and cannot find how to upload my songs.......damn...thought I was somewhat literate.
See reviw manager, upload image, playback stats...etc. how do I upload a song ???? PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!
 
no, it's not you, I did the same thing too! It took me 30 mins to figure out the i'm a stoner!
