Newb has problem with drums in AA3

Hi everyone, i tried to find the answer, but I dont really know which terms to search for. I d/l the demo of AA3 yesterday and so far i like it. I am going to be doing alot of recording instruments and all the other big names seemed like they concentrated more on sequencing.

I am trying to find a plug in that can make drum loops automatically. Somethign where I can just enter a few values and have it make me a drum track for my song ( my band just split up right as I was getting ready to record our first ep )

can anyone help me?

also I am having some difficulties using vsti in AA sometimes i get sound to come out and other times I get no sound and I cant figure out why. The online manual for this program doesnt get too specific. I also saw some vids on youtube that were pretty good so I was hoping someone knew where there were more tutorials for beginners,

It’s possible to loop one beat and play along with it (rehearsing) but
I doubt you can record more than one loop length in that way.
There is an alternative solution:
You can repeat notes in your drum midi track to make it 5 or 10 minutes long if you like.
Then you need some VSTi drum software like Addictive Drums, Battery etc.
I tested both of them and they both worked fine in AA 3,0
