New to mixing, need some feedback

Hey guys, I'm new to mixing and recording songs. I would appreciate any feedback on this song I made.

Bass is too loud, and the drums are too up front (crashes are loud)

But the bass only needs to go down a bit. And it's just the crashes. I can live with the rest of the kit as it is.

However, I found the organ sound to be disconcerting, and maybe that needs to be brought back to match the guitar more

Agreed with mjb...bass is really heavy. Needs to come down soon and maybe even roll off some of the low frequencies.
