Mixing and Mastering.
She looks quite nice. What there was music? i must a missed it!
No only kiding, the music isnt different enough in my ears to be very succesfull in this genre. Yous need to think about being catchy as yous are justnow, but also having some sort of different style even if it is only a small difference.
Never know though, the pop industry works in unfair and misterious ways!

I like the song. Nice voice. Really sounds like Jewel at times.
I like the guitar tone. It's fits perfectly.
The mix overall seems to make use of the entire sound stage but it sounds a bit 'thick' for lack of a better term. Like it's missing some hi-mid and air.
The hi-hats sound sort of swishy, like you can't hear the transients.
Snare needs some snap. Kick is sort of round sounding. Needs some definition. Maybe a little boost at around 3k and a cut in the low-mid section 300 to 500.
The lead around 2:45 is sort of masking the lead vox.
I think this can all be fixed with eq, I think.
All in all, nice job.

Kick seems a bit woofy. Other than that great job.
