For the adat guys, does anyone have of these units or know of a good review of it somewhere?
I wonder if there has been general performance improvements over the Firepod since this is a newer model. I know there are wall to wall inserts now on this unit . Pretty good solutions catering to the FW people with Firepod and now for the litepipe folks, the Digimax FS. Same cost. Kinda makes you consider which method is better (faster) for stationary systems, FW or lightpipe - I don't know considering I have never used the firewire option, only ADAT.
