Ok first let me introduce myself, my name is Wes and im from Chicago,IL.
I recently started making beats on my Roland JX-305 and i absoluty love it.
I recently Purchased some good gear as i was told to make some great hip/RnB style music. I have Reason 3.0, a Triton Extreme 61key workstation/sampler, and i have a KorgKontrol49 Midi Controller and Cubase Sx3 . Im using a Intel pentium d with with dual core processors and 1G of Ram.Im Monitoring my Music with 2 Event8 monitors which are pretty decent monitors is what ive heard. all this is running threw a Yamaha MG32 mixer and from the mixer its going into my computer.Now for the questions, i watched the demo on propellerheads website on using reason and it was a big help in gettin started. i was workin with the redrum player and thats pretty neat device. my 1st question is how to i change patterns, add fills, and drop the beat? if this sounds like a crazy question please disregard this ..
