Need preamps for my setup, opinions?

I currently have a Behringer 1204FX mixer and a Behringer UCA202 interface connected to the mixer with an RCA cable. Now that i'm really getting into recording, I need a new setup, mainly one that will let me record multiple tracks simultaneously (4-5) for drum tracking. I've been looking around for a new soundcard and preamps, and have a $300 budget at the moment.
I record in Cubase 4. Any suggestions?
