Need New Pickups

Hello... I have an Ibanez semi-hollowbody and I want to upgrade the pickups. The current stock pickups are flat and thin. I don't know how to describe the sound I'm looking for, so I'll just say I want something versatile and dynamic. I play classic rock (Stones, Neil Young, Grateful Dead), blues (Howlin' Wolf), and alt-country. I usually play with the tone pretty open and low distortion. My amp is a tech 21 trademark 10.

I don't even know where to begin, so just throw out suggestions and I can research them further on harmony-central.

Seymour Duncan is no slouch when it comes to pickups. DiMarzio tends to be slightly less "smooth" sounding, but that could just be the models I've heard. Check out the Harmony Central reviews to get an idea of what people are saying ....
 
I dig the prices at Bill Lawrence... pretty crappy website, though... no information on the "sound" of the pickups at all... can anyone enumerate the differences between the different models?
