Need help building, wondering if these are compatible?

I'm not good with computers and have gotten a lot of help on here with them.

The time has come to upgrade from my old dell. I'm going to build a Shuttle XPC, I was mainly wondering if this processor with work with this barebones system.

Also any input on this system would be nice. I'm pretty sure I can find compatible Ram, HD, and DVD drive...that's pretty much all I need correct? Except for the OS obviously.
