Hey guys,
I've got a handful of 57s and 58s, but I need a few more CHEAP mics for practice. Please understand, I'm not looking for much. I've heard all the jokes about the Starpower mics, etc. I'm just looking for three functional mics which will actually work without being too awful. I'm currently leaning toward the 3-pack of Behringer XM8500s for $60, but I wanted to float this note in case anyone had any horror stories. I don't even want to spend the $120 for three ECM8000s.
I'm just going to recording amps and vocals from the PA so I can have practice tapes that will be audible.
