Naughty Behringer Back Again

Don't know if anyone has seen this yet, but I was poking around looking at mixers and somehow ended up at behringer's site where they are about to roll out the new (you're gonna love this) Xenyx Mixers. HA!, now I know they've been accused of ripping off mackie before, but damn they didn't even try to hide it this time.

So what ever happened with the lawsuit Mackie had against them?
Was there another company suing for copyright infringment?

If it is true, has been proven, and they continue to reverse engineer others' technology, then there is no reason owners of behringer shouldn't be frowned upon as much if not MORE than those who use illegal software....
I mean, here is a company DOING that which many individuals are flamed for to no end on a regular basis!

Looks like a UB-2442fx added a USB interface........
their site never mention the spec of the interface..........
no interest at all!!
I had enough trouble for their mixers!!
