More info!
-Where are you pointing the mic?
-What are plugging the mic into?
-What are you plugging the answer to the previous ? into?
-Are you playing live?
-Are you recording?
-Are you monitoring through headphone or speakers?

Your question is too vague to answer but if you provide more details we would be more than happy to help you out!

A feedback loop is caused by the mic picking up output from speakers which are broadcasting what the mic is picking up (i.e. noise from the speakers). Break the loop and kill the feedback.

The easiest way of doing this is to make sure the mic behind the speakers. You can also turn the volume you are monitoring at.
