F Fishybob New member Jul 25, 2005 #1 Hi, Just been offered one of these for £20. Question is, is the sound quality too far off CD?? I understand about compression and dither, and that modern MD sound pretty darn good. But do these older models compare favourably or will is just sound naff??!
