My new Leslie not working

I'm new to the keyboard forum . I've jus recently aquired a Hammnd A-100 with a Leslie 51 , a wonderful addition to the studio .The organ works great , but the Leslie is not producing any sound .The rotors r going , but thats it .Does anyone know what areas i should start looking at first ? Oh , I did test the cable and its fine .

Thanks for the reply .All tubes are generating some sort of glow with the exception of the 2 pre amps 12AU7's ,although they are warm. I also noticed 2 pigtail caps (at least they appear to be ) ,placed back near the transformers ,and they appear to be torched .I will start there .New parts can never hurt I'm sure . I'll let ya know the outcome of the parts replacement . Thanks for the links as well .
