Hi all,
I'm new here but have been learning about the recording process for about 4 years now. I use a combination of broadband traps and Auralex roominator kit since I was still having some high-frequency issues.
Anyways, on with the pics!
Before treatment
Here's a wide shot before all treatment.
Oh, hey there buddy.
Bought a SE Reflexion Filter so I can track outside of this one room with decent results.
Bass traps and broadband absorbers, say yeah
Don't yell at me for monitor placement. It's not exactly right, but it's the best I can do in my tight space.
Back wall. The couch is for sitting! ^m
Here's my other amp and my guitars.
Add the Auralex high frequency absorbers, and done!
Here is the back right corner, showing off some of the Aurelex. It was also placed as best it could be, damning the window right in the middle of the wall.
Here is some of the treatment by the Mesa.
Here's the latest addition, a Roland V-Compact electronic drumset.
There are 8 of the foot by foot squares on the ceiling, as well, but I didn't bother with a photo. That turned out to be very key, as it eliminated any flutter that remained in certain spots of the room. There's still some problems , obviously, but from where I'm gonna be sitting things are sounding pretty good.
Thanks for looking! Please comment!
