My condenser mic died. Help.

My Studio Projects B1 mic has suddenly stopped working.

It did this once before, about 2 years ago, but then suddenly started working a few days later. I didn't do anything to get it going again, it just suddenly started working again.

This time it's been dead for a few weeks.

I'm not technically minded, but was wondering if there's any "simple" tests or remedies I can try. It's "definitely" the mic, and not the cables or the recorder.
 
If it's only a few years old, you could probably get Studio Projects to take a look at it themselves for the cost of shipping. One of my C4s started getting a bunch of crackly sounds about a year ago and I sent it out there and had it back working perfectly within a few weeks.
