It's good at what it's trying to do. The oscillating fizz at 2.30 is too loud.

I got a question - with stuff as structured as this, how do you satisfy your desire to improvise?

Thanks. I would respond to your question but I don't really understand it. Writing an original song from scratch is ALL improvisation for me. The structure isn't even there until you decide what it will be so even that is improvised at first isn't it?

If I improvise something in the key of G I still have to structure it within that key. If it's at 100 BPM I have to structure it to that parameter too.

This song certainly is very structured but I feel there is still plenty of room to improvise during the writing process.
 
So this version is less compressed, right? Does sound like it has more room to breathe. It's also quieter tho.
 
Thanks Steve. I didn't really noticed how low the overall volume was.

I have updated the link with a better, louder, mix. Maybe it should be even just a touch louder?
