My bands recording, feedback?

Heres a song that we did recently, we recorded it in Reading College so it's not really home recorded...
Just wondered what everybody thought of it really!

vocals arent coming thru, and when they do my ears bleed.
You need to compress the vocals.

The mix sounds decent, though considering you guys are a 3 piece I would expect all 3 pieces to be represented better. The drums kinda sink into the mix when things get loud and the bass is pretty indistinct. The guitar is right there, maybe too much and is a bit tinny/high endy for my taste. Compression on the vocals would help-often the first words of the vocal line are low then he gets louder towards the end of the line, makes them hard to pick out. Otherwise sounds like a good rockin 3 piece band to me.

Edit to add-you should make a real link, to listen to the tune i had to go to you tube and paste your link to the end of the you tube domain name-was not very convenient.
