Hi..
I've been looking at the MXL/Marshal 2010 condenser mic for my setup here. I'd like to be able to use it for vocals, some guitar and bass amp mic'ing, possibly some acoustic guitar and my brother's drumset down the road. Currently using Ableton Live with an Echo Audio Gina 3g interface, and a Presonus Bluetube DP. I've got my Shure 57 already, and pretty happy with what that does, but I would like to have a decent sort of multi-purpose condenser mic. So the 2010 seems to fit the bill here.
I tried contacting MXL directly, and got no response. I don't see a whole lot about this mic online in terms of feedback and such - not that I would make a purchase decision based on feedback. So it would seem like maybe the 2010 is a newer mic?
