Multi track software suggestion for Band

I'm just curious on what some peoples suggestions are with what software to use for recording live music, drums, guitars, vocals etc.. I have just ordered the emu1212 sound card and a behringer ada 8000 to get me started. I currently use adobe audtion to record each drum into its own track. I really want pro tools, but i cant really afford buying an 02. Suggestions are always good, and i just recently acquired the WAves platinum bundle and would like to be able to use it.

if you already use audition. why not use that ?
search under my name if you want an affordable midi sequencer that also does lots of audio tracks.
