mr8 and pa gear?

i have a old unity peavey mixer, no real aux's. 2 31 band eq's into compressor, (only vocals through pa so i compress all, unity mixer has no aux.). Can i go from the compressor
into the mr 8 fostex ins, instead of the power amp to record eq'ed and compressed signal. tape out doesnt go through these units,

Hi,
The Mr-8 gives you two inputs line and/or xlr.
You can record them onto two tracks.
If you supply enough signal to agument the m-r 8's gain you should be in business !
