MOTU support sux!

My MOTU 2408 broke. Troublehot it down to a defective microprocessor and possibly EE-PROM. The next logical step of course would be to contact them and get parts or an RA to have it factory repaired. They do not answer my emails. There tech line is constantly busy and you can't get through. I have had my phone on "auto redial" all day. And, if you call the main line they tell you to call the tech line. MOTHER@#$%'s! Does anybody here know of independant MOTU servicers, or SOME other option of getting some frickin' assistance?
 
I emailed MOTU several times about a year ago...

Never heard back. Eventually solved the problem myself.



I emailed them again a few months ago about a new problem, and BAM heard back in a day or two. Of course, it didn't help me a bit.


I think maybe they put the support request emails into a barrel and a certain number of emails are drawn at random. You have to be a lucky lottery winner to hear back.



Too bad. I think they make great products.
