Monitoring while recording???

Please help. I have just gotten my station up and I can't seem to figure out how, or if I can monitor the recording track while recording.

I have a Delta 66 sound card and Cool edit Pro, I think it may be something in the device setup but I can't seem to figure it out.

I also use a mackie 12 channel mixer, if that will help.

Also I don't have monitors so I need the output on the headphone jack.

Anybody have any good ideas??

This is my configuration:

Delta Outs 1&2 > Mackie stereo line chanel (trs).
Mackie Inserts 1-4 > Delta In 1-4. (trs)

Delta Patchbay/Router:
Select : WavOut 1/2
WavOut 3/4

CEP2.0 Multitrack Settings:
track One, Rec1L
track Two, Rec1R
track Three, Rec2L
track Four, Rec2R

Plug your speakers into the Mackie Main Outs, Tape Outs, or Headphone jack (depending on connection type).
