Monitoring question for portability

I have about a $5000 budget for an in-ear monitoring system. We have approximately 10 people that would need monitors.

An Aviom system would cost about $5500 that would give us 4 personal mixes. I would expand this to get 10 outputs via a headphone amp so people can share mixes. 10 personal mixers would probably be a bit over budget.

Or for about the same price, I could get 4 Shure PSM400 systems with 6 extra receiver packs for about the same price.

We have to set up a system every week, so we want to be able to set up and tear down quickly. I'm guessing that the Aviom system would be too much hassle to set up and tear down. There would be extra cat5 cables all over the place, and the stage won't look "clean". Is the Aviom worth it?
