Mods for Tape Op DIY mics?

I think I saw a thread on this board talking about some modifications for the Tape Op DIY mics... I can't seem to find them again. Specifically it was about wiring them up for phantom power and bypassing the internal FET. Anyone know where I might find some of this info? Thanks for any help.
