I would like to buy a digital recorder and I have 2 models I was thinking about. Which has a better recording sound quality (cleaner sound): M-Audio Micro Track II or ZOOM H4N ?
My needs: I wish to record street sounds (cars, poeple walking and talking on the streets) and nature sounds (birds, crickets, sea waves, dogs barking from far,...) in a good quality using an external condenser (like Rode M3). Also might use it to record myself playing the piano, street music, live concerts and some interviews. Sound quality is very important to me.
