Mixing 101?

Several weeks ago I found an article on the web somewhere called "Mixing 101" or something like that - more likely something like that since I can't find it now...

I am looking for a basic primer to give new people on the sound board at church to understand what the basic controls on the board do. Heck - I even need it myself sometimes.

Suggestions or any articles anyone knows about?

THANKS Blue Bear! Lots of great information and I will definately grab some of it - ESPECIALLY THE EQ Info! I am hoping to find something more directed towards "live" mixing such as a church environment.
