Mixdown HELP Please!!!

hey all im' going crazy , this is the first time i've ever complained about my mix being too loud. way too loud. this is my first mixdown using Sonar x2. when the mixdown is taking place i can see all my levels just peaking everything in red.

thanks for any advice anyone may have.

I feel dumb, but this may help some one else one day. i was playing back through window media player, and i had though the eq was flat but was not. so it was the boost from the media player eq. lol. sorry for the newb moment.
 
Hey it's good, and ya got that one behind ya now.
..Have ya done the one where you're tweaking something' and it's sounding better...
Just to find the thing's in bypass
