.NOVA from Austin TX came in and recorded
3 songs for my GARAGE BAND cd compilation

This song was recorded "live" in the garage..
so there will be bleed...

vocals added afterward

singer said go ahead with effects on his vocs he wants delays and reverb done with taste

two overhead drum mics......
probably lost some of the sound of the drummer's toms in the mix
due to lack of time and resources (microphones and money).

two aux mics are equipped on the recording machine/device

mixed it on cubase 7. got that much kick cause i replaced the original one (hope thats ok for you?!)

intermittent? difference between left and right or over the whole song?!
 
These are bands that come over and record in my studio...I can't really go adding/changing their songs like that.....When I post songs from my own band I don't care too much, but we have to respect these other band's material...
 
ok so i´ll give it a try without replacing the drums.. gonna be hard cause of the bleeding from the bass!

edit: seems to work.. trying to upload tonight.
but what you bout the delay? what you wanna change?

I've had alot of people here mix NOVA they have a few social media pages worth looking up.

since I recorded the band in a live-like situation I know it's a hard mix...but they were a pretty tight band to pull it off ...drums seem to be the toughest to pump up the toms especially(he had a big kit).
