MIDI Stopped Working in Reason

I'm using a Yamaha DGX-202 keyboard, a Delta 1010LT soundcard, Reason 2.5, and Sonar 3.0.

Up to now, everything has been working fine. However, now MIDI rarely works in Reason. I.e. when I use the keyboard, no signal registers in Reason. Every now and then, it suddenly works, but then it fails again. (The last 4 times I tried, I got no signal in Reason.)

Any idea what's wrong? Any thoughts on how to fix the problem? Help!!

Is the midi signal intermittent in Sonar?

Do you have Reason and Sonar rewired?

Does switching midi cables help?

Which midi interface are you using?

1. I don't use MIDI in Sonar, I only use it in Reason. (And if I select the MIDI input of my sounccard as a MIDI in in Sonar, it won't work in Reason.)

2. Yes, Sonar and Reason are Rewired.

3. Great question. I haven't tried it, but will tonight. (I only have 2 cables, but one is IN-->OUT, and the other is OUT-->IN. But I'm only sending MIDI out with my keyboard anyway...so I'll try switching the two tonight to see if the other works better.)
