MIDI Controllers w/XL-7

Sup guys. I'm getting into MIDI, and I recently bought an XL-7. Making techno and the like is pretty cool, but I need more control. I think a keyboard would be ideal for this. What would I need to play keys using the presets and whatnot on the XL-7? Any suggestions for a man on a budget? I got a ceiling of around 200-250. Velocity-sensitive keys with aftertouch would be nice, but I know those are gonna cost a lot.
