Mic pre set up: Which mic to use the pre with?

Heya everyone. It's been a long time since I've posted, whew!

My band is going to be doing some recording of our practices. We have the stuff, and want to use it, so we're going to go more than the 1 mic in the room set up.

My question is, that I have 1 mic pre to use, and want to know where to use it. It's a presonus pre.

Here's what I'm doing:

Stereo MXL 603's over the drum kit.
SM57 on the snare
Peavey Diamond 22 on the kick. (Or an AKG D9000 if the bass needs a mic)
SM57 on guitar amp #1
SM57 on guitar amp #2
SM57 on PA speakers running vox only.
Bass goes DI, (unless it can't play in the room, and output DI at the same time. I'm not sure yet. Then, it will get the Peavey.)

My question, is that I don't know where to use the mic pre.

We've got a 12 channel Peavey MDII. I'm putting all of the drums, and the bass on that, and it gets mixed down to 1 track on the digital 4 track. (Yamaha MD4s)

Behringer mixer routes the other instruments to their own tracks on the recorder.

Any help that could be given would be great!!
