Mic for under $200

I'm looking for a decent mic that I can record with. I have tons of plugins on my Nuendo and Cubase SX, but I get tired of the big rush of air that comes across my vocals everytime I record. I was looking at the Behringer b-2($149) Musicians Friend has. Is this a good mic, or does anyone know any good mics for less than $200? I just need it to do vocals.
