seems like no one talks about mic color anymore... i bought some monster cables today down at the ol' GC (for my band, not the studio, i use mogami 
), the ones with interchangeable colors... anyways, it got me thinking. if I HAD to say, my mics are colored as followed:
414: silver all the way
tlm 103: a very fresh rich green
57: orangeish red
d112: dark mettalic green
d190e : yellowish orange
