Hi Everyone,

My first time posting to this forum.

I've read with interest realizing I'm not the only one trying
build a studio on a budget and it hit me I might be able to
help you guys out a bit..

In the real world, I operate an outsource operation making
MDF components for the millwork and specialty trades.
I purchase MDF at the mill door and run it on a CNC machine
I have a reserved block of time on..

This means I produce and supply MDF "parts" for all kinds of
applications...
If a few of you guys can standardize sizes for modules, speaker
enclosures,etc.etc., I'll take a look at running the profiles at
jobber cost----This meaning---most of you will be able to afford
"the good stuff"...

This stuff would be fob. Quesnel of course...

Please don't consider this an advertisement for business as
this is not my intention----just seeing if I can help us all get
by a little easier..

Medium Dendity Fibreboard.

Also known in some places as Craftwood. Bruce, if you track down the pics of my console furniture which are on a couple of "home made desk" type threads here you will see the stuff.

Damned bears.......................now a duck would have known that:D

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I didn't get back sooner---busy busy.

John,

These specs are pretty easy without much millwork required.

If you think there's a need I could price out --how much call
would there be?????

What I had in mind initially was profiles for everything from
console frames and tops to wall baffles, wall dividers, speaker
enclosures, reflex cabinets, etc.,etc.
Maybe even a total home studio kit module if people are interested....All done CNC which will provide a precision built
product at the lowest possible cost...

Graham.
