Mbox problem

I just got an mbox and I installed pro tools on my powerbook G4. Now everytime I try to open up pro tools the screen goes dark and it tells me I need to restart my computer in about 5 different languages.

I restart my computer and try to open pro tools again and same thing.


Can someone tell me what's up? I can't even get to the place to enter my password or anything.

what OS are you running? and this is just the Mbox right? not the Mbox2?

try this first, too

Then maybe a fresh install.

I'm running OSX...not sure which version. Not Tiger, I know that.

I tried that link, and that file that they tell me to trash isn't in there. I tried to reinstall it, but that didn't work either.

Oh, and it's an Mbox 1, not the Mbox 2.
