mbox midi

From looking at the ads there is no midi connection. Can someone enlighten me? I think I can use it to load audio from my fostex 160(S/PDIF) , and connect my KB for midi sequencing. Sound proper? Any know if Silbelius is comatible with Pro Tools so can add later? thanx-jax

Yup- no MIDI on the Mbox.

PT LE should be able to see any other MIDI interfaces on your system, though, so if you have a MIDI device for it already it should work.

PT saw my tascam us-428 Midi ports just fine, but that was back in V. 5.3.2. 6.1.1 SHOULD still work with it, but I haven't personally verified it.

Digi would be kinda screwed if the mbox couldn't use other MIDI ports. It should work.
