I am changing my setup from having 2 Aardvark Q-10s, to using outboard pres into a EMU 1820M. Having a low budget is forcing me to buy low-end pres until I can save up and get the 4ch. API and 2ch. Great River units. Until then I was looking for reccommendations on what pres would work best with what drums. First I'll post a list of the drums and the mics used on them (normally), then the available pres. Style is predominately heavier rock, reggae and hip-hop.

2 rack toms (e604)
Floor Tom (e604 or D112)
OH L,R,C (varies everyday)
Hat (603s or GT-33)

3ch ART (TPSII and tubepac)
2ch Soundcraft on mini mixer
2 ch TF Pro (no padability)
MY ASSUMPTION-
I was going to start out using the RNP on L,R OH
dmp3 on top snare and kick
presonus on rack toms
ART for under snare, Floor Tom, and C OH
Soundcraft for hi-hat and ride
TF Pro for room mics
