Obvious newbie question:
Is it possible bypass onboard CD burner and use a free standing, non computer, external CD burner with the Masterlink for Red Book audio or 24/96 back-up recording?
Probably could go to one of those consumer cd recording units; just play digig out into a Fisher or something. But I already have a small Glyph unit scsi'd to my Akai recorder. Would that unit be adaptable to my Masterlink? I know, no scsi on the Link- no scsi, no directions to burner, right? (Admit I'm a Newbie here!)
Now that I'm re-reading my question, sounds impossible. Is it?
