"mastering" software

i'm after a some stand alone mastering software. i really like the way the t-racks interface is set up, and the sound can be cool for some stuff, but i want something a little (lot) less coloured. soundforge looks cool but i think i'm going to be paying for bells and whistles i won't be needing. i basically just want a transparent stand alone eq/compressor/limiter set up for p.c..

edit; software will only be used to spit and polish demo/live rec stuff. anything serious i would get mastered professionally, so try keep it on the inexpensive side.

I love the Voxengo stuff. Soniformer and Gliss EQ are all I need to "self-master" stuff that is not worth sending out. You can probably get both for about $150.

Sorry, just noticed you said stand alone. I use them in Wavelab. I was able to buy an older version (3.0) for about $100 on ebay. So for $250 I got something that works alot better than T-Racks, IMO.
