Recorded this a couple of hours ago.

Mixed on Sennheiser HD-25 headphones as it's 1am in the UK!

The guitar doing fills behind the chorus could come way up.

Good song, well-arranged and played. But the mix is dynamically challenged. You scared of dynamic range?

Wow. I actually really like this. Lead vocals are great - well performed and captured...background vocals are too. I like the somewhat dark acoustic guitar sound. The tremolo electric guitar is a nice touch in the chorus.

I feel like the bass guitar is way too loud though...I like the tone of it and the playing though. I don't have a great set-up here or anything, but it's the same one I listen to all clinic stuff on, so I have a pretty good context for comparison. This is coming from someone who enjoys a mix with loud bass too. Maybe bring it down just a bit for better overall balance?

Very nice work though. I would love to see this performed live.

Thanks Paddy,
End of the download month for me so I had to be cautious about size.
Listening on Sennheiser HD515s.
I quite like the bass level - it's less BIG once things are happening.
This'll sound funny but I kept listening for your accent. Your native inflection is really only apparent on a few words. Sounds cool anytime, anywhere.
I love the bass solo!
My wife was pleased to hear Hare Krishna pop up.
Well recorded, well mixed. A little the La's ish which is great.
The song may do with just a little brightening during mastering.
Top stuff.
