Here's an mp3 of the finished beat:

Let me know what you think...especially if it sounds harsh. The render did something weird to the audio this time....at least on my monitors.

This beat is Bannanas! Kid you set it off for real, I would love to hear a little scratching in this. Great video editing and the bass line is killing it.

Dag Stray!!!!

You are stooopid fly!!!!! MASSIVE props! I only have time to watch that short version... but it is hella awesome...

P.S. PAHLEEEZE tell me you are making dollarz off your stuff!!!! Or I'll cry...

What is that drum thing you have? Some kinda midi controller? Look like something I should purchase!!!

Cool!

Thanks P. I sell/lease beats if that's what you mean...really though that's just so I can pay for my studio. I don't have the confidence to try this as a career...at least not yet.

It's a DrumKat EZ...great piece right there...and I got a Pintek kick drum trigger to go with it. It doesn't have sounds like the Rolands so it's cheaper, plus it's laid out more like a real kit. Cost me $200 for the whole set up including the DW pedal, snare stand and throne.

Thanks Jug.

I think it's probably too long and not very interesting to watch.

I made a shortened 6 minute version if anyone's interested:

I guess I'll just chaulk this up to a learning experience...lol

nice work, I should post some of my vids on the net. I noticed we have COMPLETELY different styles when it comes to beatmaking/production. That's tight though!

Just watched the rest of the video. Loved it. The tour of your stuido at the end was a nice touch =D. Hope to see more of them comming!

dayum son.... thats a nice beat.... hell of a process....... nice vid

if u only sell beats to buy equiptment then u must have sold a lot of beats cause thats a nice studio setup from what I saw.........
