Making My Tapes A CD

I have recorded most of my band's new album on my Tascam 414 portastudio but I realized I had no way of putting it on cd. I don't have an external cd burner, only one on my computer, but my sound card is all screwed up so I can't use that. Would it be at all possible to send someone my four track tapes to be mastered to cd for me? I'm not sure if it is possible at all, but...
