Make Reaper look like Garage Band?

I LOVE the interface for Garage Band (by Apple). Is there a way to make Reaper look like this or, close to it?

Good suggestion! Can you tell me how much work is involved in making a theme? I may be interested...

If you are COMPLETELY unskilled in art apps as I am, it will take forever and your themes will look as ugly as mine

The trick is, get a theme you sort of like then modify the png;'s
