Are the preamps on the Mackie 1402-VLZ of the XDR type? Or are these just included on the VLZ Pro series? Is there a huge difference between the XDR preamps, and the older mackie preamps included on the VLZ? Are the XDR's really as good as hyped in all of the Mackie documentation? I just bought a 1402 VLZ off ebay, but unfortunately I didn't do the required research, and thought I was buying a VLZ pro. I hope I'm not too disappointed when it arrives. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.
